Welcome to Change in You Therapies.

Hypnotherapy has taken me on such a surprising journey and I can’t wait to share my experiences with you all. The changes that can be made are amazing and can be so quick that your life can change faster than you could have imagined….

This is just the first therapy I am incorporating into this site as I have a number of colleagues who are experienced in a wide range skills throughout the therapeutic industry.

You may notice that I refer to us and we alot throughout the site and the time at which this is published there is only myself listed as a therapist. I haven’t lost the plot, just yet, but I have various friends and colleagues waiting in the wings finishing other projects and jobs and will be joining shortly so please stay tuned.

I would like to say a big thank you to my friends and family who have and are supporting me on this journey…words will never be enough…thank you…x
